This smooth-starting, self-priming pump operates at up to 115 PSI. Capable of pumping up to 12 GPM at temperatures up to 80°F, this powerful, efficient unit gets the job done quickly.

No-Leak Seals

A Nitrile elastomer inside the diaphragm provides elasticity and low temperature flexibility that effectively prevents leakage, while a top-quality glyd ring acts as a double acting seal, delivering exceptional performance. The combination makes this pump ideal for use with low viscosity petroleum fluids such as diesel, kerosene and some waste oil. It even works with some oils containing solid dirt less than 1/8in. dia.

Easy Air Operation

The 1/4in. air inlet with NPT fitting uses standard shop air — no fancy hookups needed. This Roughneck pump also includes an externally serviceable air distribution system and all-bolted construction for easy, convenient access.

The cast aluminum housing not only provides great strength, but it's also rust-resistant for durability and long-lasting performance.

Mount It Where You Need It

The compact 10in.L x 5in.W x 11in.H overall size fits almost anywhere. And the pump produces a lift of approximately 10ft. when pumping used oil, so it allows for a wide variety of mounting options.
